The official record lives in your Netlify dashboard:
open your site on netlify.com, go to Forms in the sidebar, and you'll see all waiver and booking-request submissions with every field, plus signature text. You can also turn on email notifications there so every signed waiver hits your inbox automatically. This page is a local backup of submissions made from this device.
The lists below show data also saved on this device. After deployment, the Netlify Forms dashboard is the source of truth.

Setup checklist (one time): Once this site is deployed to Netlify,
go to your site's Forms tab and you'll see two forms detected —
waiver and booking-request.
Click Form notifications and add an email notification pointing to lillie.flippen@gmail.com so every signed waiver
and booking lands in the inbox. You can also enable spam filtering and verification rules from there.
